Anyone else growing impatient already waiting for this? I remember waiting on all the Blizzard RTS games since Warcraft 2, and I think that this, and the Frozen Throne expansion (where I was lucky enough ((or skilled enough if that's why they picked me)) to be a tester) are the hardest game related waits I've ever had.
I literally ripped open an overnight shipped box with Frozen Throne in it and played it start to finish.
Starcraft II will wrap up those loose ends that kept my heart racing in Starcraft and provide cinematics...that...will be even better than Frozen Throne's it would appear.
Not to mention they didn't mess with a good thing, the control system is startlingly similar, while the general mapping looks like they redid it with a shiny coat of paint.
But not to seem stale, everything, every movement, every ability seems to have the backing and care that only years at the top can provide or destroy.
While many companies have let success ruin them, Blizzard seems to be letting all the cash flows invigorate them, and I couldn't be happier.
I'm ready.
