I order online from a nearby Chinese place all the time. Pagliacci's pizza also takes online orders, IIRC, but I order my pizza a very specific way and to make sure my particulars are communicated properly, I speak to a live person on the phone to place my order.

Never did like their pizza, too thin. I still prefer Zeeks to most of the other local joints.
