LOL. I've had great experiences with NewEgg, GoogleGear, and most internet companies I've dealt with. I don't think it's an easy business. First, there are some rather unreasonable expectations placed on orders. I do it too, so I really don't blame others. Second, so many people return merchandise that operates as advertised because they can't get more than what's advertised from the product. So you can't get more than 260FSB from your 2.4C, that does not mean you have defective memory and/or CPU. I think the ratings speak highly of the company, but no place will be perfect.
IQ80, I'm sorry you had a bad experience w/ NE. Just don't buy from them, as I wouldn't should I have probs with them. Neither NewEgg nor GoogleGear actually answer e-mails well. No tech support, they try to minimize costs given the probs with computer part sales. I hope you find a site that you like, but for additional service you would expect an additional cost.
