i5 processor/gfx issues

Good morning folks !

i wish to ask for some assistance on a problem that has been plaguing me i have been getting frequent flash player crashes and really random system lock ups (system freezes then after 30-60 secs un freezes), now what i'd like is some help to properly remedy this issue as i am almost a complete noob at setting up an i5 lol... the ram is set to 1066 (corsair vengeance blue) and well cpu @ stock...

I doubt it is related to the igpu on the processor. What model is the i5? I believe Sandy Bridge and Ivy Bridge igpus should be able to handle flash. If it is an older i5, the igpu will be very weak.

The problem could be related to lots of things though. Usually the CPU is the last thing I would expect. Just try all the usual trouble shooting, such as cleaning out any accumulated dust, making sure all components are properly seated and not overheating. You could have a bad stick(s) of ram. Try running with only one stick and eliminate that ram is the problem. Also if you could borrow a low end discrete gpu and put that in the system (I assume it is a desktop) you could see if that improves things. And of course make sure all drivers are up to date.

Also a bit more information would be helpful, such as the particular model of cpu, how old the system is, and what is the psu.

Makre sure flash is updated. Try disable hardware acceleration in flash.
