Th closest I can find is the 1910 Maxwell aa runabout

Square radiator with a curved top
Slots on the side of the engine cowl
Crank going through the radiator. (most go under)
Flat squared off fenders. Same support strut under front fender
Same pinstripes on the top of the rear fender

Only difference is the headlights

I think you found it. Thank you. Headlights were aftermarket and dealer add-ons back then so aren't diagnostic of a particular brand/model. The carbide lights bracket the time period though.

Reading up on it a bit, the car used virgin oil with no recirculation, using oil at a rate of about a quart every 150 miles.

Virgins would have been a lot more common back then so the oil was easy to source.
