IE problem PLEASE HELP ME!!!

hi
i am using IE 6 on WinXP
recently something screwed up and when i click on a link that
opens up a new IE window.. the new window come out all small
so i have to maximize..
and sometimes the full size window comeout to the side
so i can only see left half of the window on the right half of my screen


i tried to look it up from the google but i have been wasting my time
since i dont know what keywords i need to look it up for

PLEASE help!!!!!

Click the edge of the IE screen and drag/resize it to your desire size then close it....the next time that you open it will be to the size that you have set it to.

well i actually tried that
i think that is only for the first IE window

my problem is it happens when i click on a link

I usually just keep resizing it until it sticks

I know if you maximize it then it will just open it again at the original size.
