Actually not jealous one bit. I never for a second thought about wasting money on this. I just think its funny how people will shell out the cash almost instantly for anything apple pulls from their bowel regions. "omg its sooo small!!! and I can see my track list in COLOR!!"

Thanks for proving my point. If I want something small like this player, I will wait till other companies jump on the flash player market and prices will come down. (features should go up) Like I said, people jump on anything and everything apple puts under their noses.

Oh man, it's even smaller than I imagined. So tiny, so lightweight, I can't even feel it in my pocket. Makes me want to strap weights to it or something so I don't keep thinking I lost it. :Q

Screen is way better than my 3G, finish is awesome, the buttons rule...it's all-around beautiful. *tear*

I just picked up the 2G black nano for my son on Sunday. I couldn't get my PC to detect the Ipod. All I got was an error message, "USB device not recognised." I got this error msg on my PC, on my son's PC, and even when I took the Ipod to my work, I got the same message. And yes all 3 PC's meet all of the system requirements. I obviously bought a faulty one.
My son was really bummed. It's his first MP3 player and he was so excited to get one.
I'm a bit ticked after spending the $200, then having to return it.
It prompted me to search the forums for customer feedback and it appears as though the Nano is causing a bunch of problems and people are getting rather upset. I know I am!

Boxxcar - The nano isn't faulty mine did the same thing. Just make sure you have completely installed the software before trying to use the nano.

Oh, and this finish is driving me nuts. I have been incredibly anal about not scratching it I even bought the white so it wouldn't show scratches as much. However, after about two days of carrying it in my pocket which I know had nothing else in it the screen already looks pretty bad. I hape someone figures out a way to clean up scrathes on these things are they will look horrible after a month of use.

I'm absolutely satisfied with my 20 GB 3rd gen iPod...

Best investment I've made (I listen to music damn near all day long)... ipods are good looking and do exactly what they're designed to, and I don't care if it was more expensive, it's held up great.

I don't even know how to respond to your drivel but I will try.

1. How did I imply that I am "so sharp"? I merely stated my opinion. If it was too much for you to comprehend then I apologize.

2. I don't think it was meant to be a "joke". He said he just got his and used my quoted line to say how much he liked how small it was and that it was in color. If it was a joke then it possibly qualifies as the worst joke ever.
