I see a limit of two accounts per household. I've already earned 60 on my account, buy I plan to make a purchase of 450. Can I just create another account under my name and credit card and get the rewards there?

As for where we can spend the rewards, I was told it was only the stores participating in the 20% promo and those stores can change. I would not be suprised if the stores change for the worst once Feb. comes around.
