I'm hoping there are better options besides windows copy+paste when it comes to moving files through a home network. It seems windows doesn't like to maximize the speed of the transfer. Task manager will show anywhere from 20% to .1% of utilization while transfering a file.
A perfect analogy would be how Download accelerator maxes out your connection while if you simply right click > save as you don't achieve the same speeds.
I setup one laptop to allow incoming connections (VPN) then tried to connect from another computer and it connects but then drops it shortly afterwards. PLus no files show up so I don't know if I could do anything anyway.
Thanks
