in home theatre speakers

I'm thinking of buying some Precision Acoustics Cinema 3 speakers to complete my in home suround sound stereo system. Has anyone ever heard of these particular speakers? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Here is the link to the advertisment, and just so you all know, I'm on a tight budget and the price is right.

not great frequency response ... but it might do good for an budget setup.
