Nah, you don't really need any of it. There are updated versions of the drivers on the CD anyway..

2 of the most important thing on the CD r the VIA 4in1 drivers & VIA H/ware monitor. But u can get the updated version from the respective manufacturer on the internet.

The 4 in 1 drivers are just drivers for various devices that are supported by the chipset (like AGP). The hardware monitor allows you to monitor various sensors on the motherboard. These include temperator sensors and fan speed sensors (The stuff you see when you boot the machine). The 4 in 1 drivers can be downloaded from the VIA web site. For hardware monitoring many people use Motherboard Monitor instead of what comes on the disk. You can download motherboard monitor here.

VIA 4in1 is drivers (same as those u install...like VGA & sound card). Basically to improve chipset-system performance & compatibility issues. The VIA H/ware monitor is to monitor the temp of ur system but u can substitute it w/ a better prog like MBM.
