Meanwhile back on topic, Trump is now throwing Flynn under the bus. Calling Flynn a liar to discredit any of his testimony before it’s revealed. Flynn must really have them worried, all the corrupt FBI talk and trying to get Mueller to stop all has come since the Flynn guilty plea.

Rest assured the Repubs are calling in all of their favors to get whatever info they can from the Mueller investigation and it seems whatever they've been able to get their meat hooks into is scaring the shit out of them.

Mueller has both Flynn and Papadopulous fully cooperating with his team. I'm sure Mueller's team are attempting to see where both of those guy's testimony corroborates the other's. And where they do, well, I pity the fools who get caught up in it.

To have such a prestigious and highly qualified team of investigators running down Trump, his family and his inner circle is a really and truly awesome sight to behold.

More impressive than that though is watching Trump and his fellow Repubs flailing about, scrambling and screaming "Corrupt FBI!!!" in their attempts at trying to remain a half step ahead of Mueller.

It's maddening and yet pretty hilarious to witness.

Haha remember when a complete scouring of the DNC emails turned up hardly anything? Imagine that, scouring a political party's emails and finding no corruption. I mean, according to both siders we are talking about two of the most corrupt organizations in the solar system, yet nothing. More likely it's an attempt to distract by setting him up to make a claim that is incorrect thus everything involving Russia becomes fake news.

The tin foil hat position may be that its simply disinformation, such that no one will be able to find said evidence therefore confirming the Russian Government had nothing to do with the hacking.

(obviously this fails logic and reason at many levels, but I do see that it could add nicely to the confirmation bias of certain groups)

An interesting aspect of it is that he claims a specific person at FSB ordered him to hack the DNC. That person, in turn, is now on trial for spying on behalf of the CIA. The supposition is that the hacker is trying to cut himself a deal by implicating this man who is now an enemy of Putin, while Putin can claim the hacking was a rogue operation that he had no knowledge of, or even that it was ultimately directed by the CIA itself by way of a rogue FSB agent.

All in all, there is good reason to be skeptical of the hacker's claims, but it's hard to know for certain at this point.
