I purchased an I10 on June 6th (the night of 4X). The following night, Shawn was selling 5X upgrades and said that all previous purchases from something like June 1st through June 6th would receive the 5X upgrade free.

With 4X, my account should have been set up as:
Space: 350 MB x 4 = 1400 MB
Bandwidth 8 GB x 4 = 32 GB (Shawn specified 32 GB as the max bandwidth, I think).

With 5X, my account should have been set up as:
Space: 350 MB x 5 = 1750 MB
Bandwidth 8 GB x 5 = 32 GB (Shawn specified 32 GB as the max bandwidth, I think).

The account was set up within seven days with 2000 MB of space and 32 GB of bandwidth, more than I could have hoped for. I had some issues with corrupted FrontPage extensions that they addressed within 24 hours of receiving my help ticket.

So far, everything seems good (though those reseller $100 lifetime deals seem a little scary). I hope they stick around, because I am very pleased with my deal and their service so far.

Well, I had 5 plans before, and bought a reseller to consolidate. Resseler was setup fine, everything is working great, and they even let me hold onto my other accounts until I got them transfered over to the resseller acount. I've never had a problem with support, just go to the chat there is always someone on. So far they are great in my book, I've had to wait a bit a few times, but overall they were within a couple days of what they told me the setup time was going to be.

My basic accout is set up and working great (the L5 one, or something like that). I already transfered my site, have webmail and ftp working, etc. Best $5 I've ever spent, and it only took them about a week to set it up Then even doubled my storage and bandwidth just for the heck of it.
