Installing Features on XP

Hi

I am trying to use a feature in Outlook 2002 called Free/Busy in order to use it I need to install some files from the MS Office XP Pro, so I put in the MS Pro disk. It tells me

"The Path 'Microsoft Office XP Professional' cannot be found. Verify that you have assess to this location and try again, or try to find the installaion package 'PRORET.MSI' in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Office XP Professional."

Ok so I search my Office XP Pro dc for this file and it comes up with nothing.

Got any ideas?

Did you apply the office xp sp1?

I auto do windows update so a assume it had all the service packs.

proret.msi will be in the root directory of disc 1, browse the disk with explorer and see if it's there. if it is than just point the installer to its location.

if it's not there (but you see pro.msi) it means you have yourself a copy of enterprise CDs and you need the regular Office XP CDs (retail) that was used to install Office on your machine.

Thanks I'll check that out. I had a friend of mine buy this for me from the MS store it says on the outside that it's Office Pro.

The only .msi file I found was CAG.MSI
