Where? What post are you talking about?

Is GeminiLake the next Atom-based PC chip?
Yes, and after that is Mercury Lake
Cool! Do you know what nodes these parts are on?
How can you claim to have never made such a statement, when your own words shows exactly that?Which is a claim I have never made. Drop the strawman attempts.
You're just bitter because in 2016 you'll be sitting on an expensive and slow 4 core Intel CPU, while others will be using a cheaper and faster 8 core AMD CPU.
How can you claim to have never made such a statement, when your own words shows exactly that?
Read your own quote below:
No you haven't: just because members on that thread made some predictions, you are not free of responsibility for your claims based on those predictions, especially when they relate to other forum members. ("You're just bitter...")I have already explained more than ten times in this thread in what context and under what assumptions that statement was made. Read those before derailing this thread further.

If you get in a heated debate based on some performance predictions, you better stand by those predictions yourself or stand aside and let the conversation continue.
Having fun with the 6700K...going to stress test it at 4.7GHz, 1.36V. Using a Corsair H110i cooler on this sucker.

Hello,
Is there any information on when new Skylake desktop CPUs (like i7 6700T) are hitting the retail outlets?
Thanks.
Hi do you have any information on how powerful in comparison to discrete gpu and AMD APU is the new Intel HD 530 used in the Skylake i3 and Pentium? They are already in the Asian market. I havent seen them in the European yet in stock, just listed. And US may be late this month if not next month.

Could it be used for gaming at 720p or better to buy something like A8-7600.
Basically which will provide me better gaming performance A8-7600 or i3-6100 using only integrated graphics?
Last I heard, this new batch of Skylake SKUs should be released on September 1 in Asia, and September 27 in the rest of the world.
All the regular CPUs are on sales in Europe since september 1st. Only T versions missing so far, but should come very soon.
Wait so you are saying the Pentium G4500 with Intel hd 530 will beat A8-7600 in integrated graphics gaming? So intel hd 530 is more powerful than A8-7600 gpu?AMD better kiss their graphics performance advantage below $100 goodbye. At $82 MSRP (box) Pentium G4500 is slightly cheaper than their (now discounted) A8 7600 and will be able to match its performance in many titles (minor difference in others). Only difference to Core i7 6700K's iGPU is slightly lower Turbo clocks (~8%). Expect more than double the performance of current Haswell Pentium (adjusting HD Graphics 530 scores).
A8 7600 scores here:

Intel could easily step up their game below $200 too. They wouldn't even need GT4e, a special edition 2C/4T Core i3 with GT3e (64MB eDRAM) would be pretty small and cheap, and more than enough to match/beat the competition's best APUs at lower prices than Broadwell-K.
Well, that's what the benchmarks tell us, don't they. The only concern is that Tom's HW uses DDR4 3200.So intel hd 530 is more powerful than A8-7600 gpu?
