Plenty of people want a decent low noise mini PC. Current Intel options are all lame with mostly Raptorcrap or Garbagemont chips.

I would LOVE to replace my i7-4770 at work with a 288V mini PC.

My only other option is Strix Halo which my company is NEVER going to pay for.
MSI MINI PC with LNL Exists
Pat let me down BIG TIME. As an actual chip architect, I had high hopes that he would force Intel engineers to deliver something at least half decent. And they came up with only Lunar Lake which isn't even widely available at an affordable price. No desktop version exists either whereas Strix Halo's MoDT has multiple batches sold out on framework's website.

An apt analogy would be Intel being shot in the foot, then the foot shattered to pieces with a sledgehammer and finally the foot is severed for good measure. And Intel did that all to themselves.

Honestly, the most lameduck CEO of a huge company and he's worse than BK because he couldn't even keep his job to show the world how he was on track to save Intel (was he? who knows???). At least BK kept his job longer and fooled everyone left and right. Gotta hand him that.
Well you are applauding the dude that got Intel into this condition lol.

I mean I would not buy an Intel system now. waiting for apx/avx10.2 which is nova lake. Buying panther lake or even lunar lake is not good for future proofing
Well even Zen5 is not future proof if we talk about APX buying something is totally dependent on your needs.

By the way I have seen so many leakers post Nova Lake will make Desktop Great Again what do they mean by this.

Zen 5 at least desktop is on a platfrom that is likely to support zen 6 without requiring a new motherboard

Remember, BK would still be in charge if he hadn't done hanky panky with a woman. I knew women were trouble the first time I laid my eyes on one!

BK has no via oxidation and no hot lots controversies to his name. Yes, Pat disappointed me so bad that I will now praise BK!

There's no difference there, just because the things that were broken from the beginning were broken later.
There is no indication that anything was wrong with Alder Lake. It's probably the most stable Intel CPU in years. Everything bad started happening under Pat. "Somehow" Lunar Lake happened. I would love to know how.

Alder Lake was created under him then Pat destroyed that architecture with Raptor Lake's fab troubles.
and what about 10nm delays? for 4 years basically destroying the lead they had what about being stuck at 4 cores for years? Raptor Lake was under swan tbh.

Meteor Lake/ Arrow Lake are stable CPU the only flawed CPU is RPL from both Fab/Design issue cause they were developed too quickly out of nowhere like Rocket Lake.

Market demands more than stability these days.

Like look at my 245KF. I beat a 14900K's y-cruncher score with it. Took out the Patriot sticks and put in Teamgroup sticks and now I can't get D2D to go over 30 (it was 34 with Patriot). Like what the heck? What a crazy brittle platform sensitive to the smallest of things.
