inverters - need schematic

after searching google and archives of ATHT
this is the best schematic i can find for a 12v dc to 120v ac inverter:

but as you can see, this diagram is in ascii
does anyone have a more useful inverter diagram
hopefully NOT in ascii?
i want to run some simple lights - either christmas lights or a fluorescent-
and maybe a radio
off of a 12v car battery
