IRQ sharing/conflict

In my system information/hardawre resources/sharing-conflicts it shows 5 items on IRQ 11. They are
1 Via USB controller
2 Via USB controller
3 Via Audio controller
4 Monitor card
5 modem card

Is that too much on one IRQ ?

Rig is:
Epox board (onboard sound)
Duron 1.1
196mb Dram
40gig HDD
Windows 2000pro
