Is Antec P182 worth the premium?

I'm trying to decide if its worth getting the Antec P182 for the price premium over some other cases. The case for my build will be housing E6600, Ultra-120 Extreme HSF, Gigabyte DS3, and a 8800GTS. I plan on overclocking my system which is why I am so concerned with airflow/cooling in my case.

I see that alot of people recommend the Centurion 534 for a cheaper alternative or for a little more money the Lian Li PC-7B plus II. Would I benefit from the extra fans and airflow in the P182 when overclocking or would I be okay going with one of these cheaper alternatives?

Also if theres any other case recommendations with good airflow I'm open to them. Thanks!

I really like my 534 for what it's worth. Cable management was a little tricky but all in all not too bad.

I had the P180. It was a great case for a simple system. Very cool, very quiet. But if you have lots of hard drives and things, the cables start get really messy and cluttered. Wiring can be tricky and clumsy. I ended up getting rid of it for a more "normal" Lian Li case.

I have a similar config (see specs) and am happy with it. I'm able to get a good overclock CPU/video (I'm actually at 3.2GHz 1.35V right now, trying to hammer down voltage at 3.2 before I go back to 3.4 since I was running too high) maintain good temperatures on the CPU, MB, video card and hard drives and most importantly, all of this while keeping the system quiet (not silent, but quiet enough that I can't hear it over ambient noise with my window open going to sleep at night). It is significantly more quiet than my previous system (Antec Sonata first gen case, 92mm fan on CPU). Definitely worth the money in my book.

I don't like having all of my cables running from the bottom of my case up. Too hard to hide the cables. I have the Lian Li PC7 Plus II, and it works great for me. No cables are visible.

Just a quick note on "all the cables" and a P182. The P182 revision is all about hiding the cables since the major changes are that you can route the cables behind the mobo tray.

Another tip for P182 buyers, get a modular power supply, it helps cut down on the clutter.

Uh....for all cases, get a modular PSU if you don't have that many hard drives or 5.25" devices. If you do, might as well get one cheaper without all the pish-pash of modular whatevers.

And get a simple case. You don't even need to spend above 100 dollars on it. I'm gonna have to agree with Zepper in these types of situations and just get a Rosewill. I also recommend that you remove doors and anything that's restricting airflow. The problem with a lot of you is the fact that you want your case to look nice. When you do that, you get doors and compartments inside the computer that doesn't decrease the time to set up the computer and overall makes a bigger problem than it should be.

Get a case, put your parts in, close the side panel and open it back up every month to clean out the dust. There's nothing more to it...and there shouldn't be.

Yeah I was completely unaware of this until I finished connecting all the cables in mine.

I bought it 2 days ago and it was the last 2 left at the store. AWESOME DESIGN AND QUALITY... Antec makes awesome cases and the previous one I was using was their P160 case.
