Our definition of rape as sexual assault is the way it is because we currently lack the ability to simply point at someone and say "BAM! You're pregnant now!"

If I were to do that to random women on the street, impregnating them with a simple point and a snap of my fingers, I have a feeling that many of them would have a very big problem with that.
