No that makes you neither Chinese citizen nor British Citizen before year 1997. British people don't give a fcuk about hong kong people, so even if your passport looks exactly like those of british on the outside, you don't have the right to reside in UK, along with other rights.
Now after 1997, we're officially Chinese Citizens. HKSAR is a special administrative region. Part of China, but government entirely by Hong Kong people (in theory).
