i heard from someone that in the windows EULA it say that the same cd can be use for two computers, is this true. Could i use the same cd for my moms and my computers legally
yeah thats what i meant, so i cant use the same key on two (and only Two) computers legally
some one once told me or i think i saw it on a tv show that the same key can legally be used on two computers

it says 2 processors on on computer, my mistake
i do believe, however, that on a certian tv show (i wont name in case im wrong again) that they said if you called microsoft and asked politely they might allow you to use it on two computers
The misinformation comes from the fact that you can legally install Office on a desktop and a laptop at the same time, under the assumption that only one copy will be in use at a time.
