Is My Monitor Dieing?

It is quite hard to explain and they don't appear in the screenshots as the problem lies with my monitor it seems. Everything has a shadow to the right. For example, this "non-fullscreened" window has five or six screens "ghosted" behind it and offset to the right.

Any information on this is greatly appreciated as I don't have the money for a new monitor.

Oh, and it is a ViewSonic G90f Graphic Series.

Does it do it at other screen resolutions and refresh rates. Can you connect it to another PC to see if it's the monitor or maybe your video card?

It still appears at other resolutions and refresh rates. At the moment, I have no other PCs to connect it to. I have no idea what is going on with it.

Open up your case and make sure everything is clean and you have good air flow. Make sure the video card heatsink is not clogged up with dust and that the cooling fan still works. Even if the card is clean I would remove it and then reseat it back in it's slot to make sure it's good and tight. If it's a PCI card you may even want to try it in a different slot.
If your monitor has all the fancy controls to resize and move the screen you may want to reset it back to defaults to make sure something isn't out of adjustment or adjuted to far.
