Is my power supply enough?

I have a Premier 300 watt power supply. I don't know anything about this brand but its been running fine for a year now with the following stuff:
ecs l7s7a2
xp 2000
2x256 pc2100
2 hard drives
dvd drive
dvd+-rw drive
9600xt o/c to just about the max
wireless pci card
(At one point there was also a floppy drive, a couple usb devices and a case light all hooked up and it was fine)

I just ordered some new stuff tonight and here is what will be going in
shuttle an35n ultra
mobile 2400 that I plan to oc but not to the max
2x256 pc3200

I'll also be taking out one of the hard drives. Since the mobiles don't need as much power as the desktop athlons should I be ok with this new setup on my current power supply?

Give it a try. If it proves to be unstable, Then try a healthier name brand PSU.

Does hardware get damaged when there isn't enough power or does it just not turn on? This is the only thing I'm worried about.

You probably wouldn't kill it, it would just be unstabile and crash alot if you don't have enough power. I would reccommend a new PSU if u are going to OC at all though

It should be enough and I personally wouldnt change unless I didnt feel safe with it or it felt unstable.

Never heard of that brand name though.... just remember Enermax, Fortron, Thermaltake, Antec and a few more manufacturers of PSUs (no order of preference there although i own 2 Thermaltakes)
