Had this card for a while and since i built my new rig i been having problems. I been getting errors in a game that says

The Error #0 dealing with the file 'CGxD3dState.cpp' is most often caused by users attempting to run World of WarCraft using a video card that fails to meet our listed minimum system requirements. It is important that your video drivers are compatible with the latest version of DirectX. If your video card does not have drivers that were designed for the latest version of DirectX, you will more than likely be unable to run the game without error.

Also sometimes about 1-2 hours into the game i see weird colors on my screen and forces me to reboot my system. This has only started happening when i built my new rig

AMD 3500+
Asus A8V latest bios
2gigs 512X4 pc-3200
9800pro 128

Any ideas of what i should do?

Hard to say, but my vid card did something similar when it died a while back.

Is yours still in warranty?

Hrm, sounds like its been heating up (after playing for a few hours, getting artifacts) and that might have permenantly damaged the card. If you're getting the same results with different driver versions (have you done a BIOS update btw?), I would just RMA it.

This card is old and has been happening ever since i bought my new motherboard. Before that everything worked fine. I left it in a game for about 9 hours and everything worked fine! The temp was reading about 41C after about 9 hours inside of it. Is that normal? I am not sure what the problem was but here is the story.

I took out a gig of ram (non dual channel) and changed back to my old antec power supply. I then restored the ram with the other power supply and it started freezing again and i was getting weird colors, it probably would of restarted but i turned auto restart off. Now i kept the 2gigs of ram in switched back to my 450 antec power supply and lowered my agp down to 4X. I then left it in game for 9 hours and no freezing. Now do you guys think the problem is with the power supply, video card settings or the ram?
