Is this Mobo Any Good?

I am looking at the MSI 970 Gaming mobo for just something to screw around with using an FX8320e. Not looking to knock it out of the park with ultra high overclocks jut looking at this combo as something to play with for fun.I have heard mixed reviews so far, some great and some just awful.Anyone here actually have this board that could tell me more about it?Also I dont care about SLI or CrossFire either as that is what My Skylake Rig will be for.Right now though I thought $125 for this combo would be something I couldn't pass up. Also thinking this will be my back up spare rig for if something goes wrong with my Skylake rig I wont be with out a computer.Does this all make sense or am I just wasting my money?

Do you have it overclocked at all? I would possibly like to overclock the fx8320e just a tad bit maybe 4.2-4.4Ghz nothing earth shattering though.Would it be safe to do this for 24/7 use?

How far you can get will be dependent on your chip. I run my 8370 at 4.5. As long as you have a good cooling solution, you should be fine.

Yeah I have a NZXT closed loop water cooling system so it should stay nice and cool.
