13 days now. it was my new years resolution to quit, just like it has been for the past 6 years or so. This time, i'm actually following through with it. I'm 22 years old, and been smoking for almost 10 years now (no kidding)! The first few days were tough, mentally, but now, i can really feel the physical part of the addiction kicking in, or i think so anyway. I cant stop shaking, my legs go for hours. I am typing this now with so many errors i've hit the backspace key god knows how many times already. I just feel like my thoughts are driving at 365 mph. Is this normal for somebody who is just quitting smoking? I feel like i'm comming off crack or heroin or something.
i'm wondering if a drink or two will take my edge off...
