Is this Power Supply enough?

Hi all. I'm pricin a P4C 2.8, ASUS P4P800, PC2700 Ram, etc. I have an externally powered USB hub, and i don't have an excess of power hungry hardware. This one caught my eye at newegg. What do you think? I like the quite aspect, as i'm trying to keep noised down.
