Or, the sandwich just got squished.Baking ain't always perfect. Although, in a commercial setting you are constantly trying to make adjustments to the process so that the final product is within acceptable limits.
I wonder if 11" is within Subway's vision of small-acceptable? It's probably pretty close.
I don't eat at subways (not because I'm a snob, just don't like subs much), but few times I ate, they give you so little meat but full of toppings, I was basically eating a salad sub.
I can go to any local joint which give you crapton of meat.
Oh, I've cut slices so thin, I couldn't even see them. You shouldn't be able to see through the meat on a sub!
lol Oh God, just give the guy a free sandwich or something..
People..I swear.
"I want the FULL 1000+ Calories, OKAY! I NEED all the carbs thats supposed to come with it too! WHO IS GOING TO COMPENSATE ME FOR MY HEARTACHE!? HMM?!"
One 6" Sandwhich from Subway is around 380-500 something calories depending on what you got and what you put on it. Probably more with some of the new shit their offering up there.
Do you tell the guys at Home Depot the same thing when you are buying 2x4s?
Request denied. What bullshit?dont even get me started on that bullshit.

That a 2x4 isn't really 2"x4".
correct, when the boards are wet they measure 1 7/8" by 3 3/4"
the wood at home depot and lowes is pure shit. Its not dry so when it dries out it warps. I learned the hard way to buy kiln dried wood for projects from local lumber yards.
Oh, when you said "bullshit" I thought you meant that the dimensions not being 2x4 was the bullshit. Didn't realize you were talking about the Home Depot bit.correct, when the boards are wet they measure 1 7/8" by 3 3/4"

And where do you think Home Depot/Lowes get their wood?
And 2x4 were always .5 inch shorter, but I don't see tape measures and Facebook BS about that.
Well the label said product of canada... still no excuse
They certainly don't make it themselves. SO probably get it from the same place as the lumber yard.
Your local lumber yard surely wants business from people that are willing to overpay.
ANyways back to subway, foot long is not a "legal" measure. Heck Subway can just say "size of your foot". : D
I don't see any ground for a lawsuit here. Just like you can't go after any company for 2x4 thing
if you don't like it, don't buy it. Besides Subway is probably on a low end of sandwich shops. Go to your local deli if you want quality.....but you will pay the price AND get a smaller size.
my point is that the lumber sold at the box stores is shit becuase its soaking wet and had not been dried. as it dries the thing you built with it gets royally screwed and looks like shit.
that is all.
In my experience this is 100% the case for PT wood, but the standard stuff is dry. Full of knots, mind you, but dry.
