just as it says...where have u excelled in school or work?...leadership? what?...
like for me, when competition was abound, and school spirit was on the line, I took a ton of pride that me and my teammates can beat anyone...we were in a competition to make a structure that is symbolic, asthetic, practical, strong, weatherproof, etc.....our design was very efficient, cost efficient...and we won first prize among high schools and won overall first prize (over community colleges as well) ...i was one of a team of five....i had a major influence in design and materials...and for presentation, i created a presentation board for the project....balbhblahblabh tell him a story of an activity u did that had a strong influence in ur school or classmates or peers....or anything similar...let's say people always called u for girl/boy problems therefore ur popular...(not recommended but u get my shift...)
i was a officer for 2 clubs in high school...leaded a group of students to many student-ran charitible activities....
also for work....i'd tell the employer that i'm very handy for impromtu situations..(that's me...maybe u...put ur strenghs only...cuz if u lie and don't show it in work..u get warned, than fired..especially in today's low economy...watch out) ....i'm just giving u an example of what i'd say..cuz these are what i said in interviews....
i have a job as a systems manager and technician for a medical research lab....an example of excellence during work for me would be that no matter what the condition is that i'm uber responsive and very mechanical...(mechanical as in very very routine...tell me to do something, i won't fail...give me input, an output will come...put the pedal to the metal, the car will not stutter...it'll go 0-60 in 4 seconds <--- i used that for the job, employer laughed...well, i got the job didn't i?! a tech job @ that while still attending college)
also exaggerate little bit...it's ok to do that..but not too much...it has to be within believable limits...
