How long have you been there for???
I say just suck it up and keep the job. You can't run from everything you don't like in your life. Look for a new job, but don't quit this one until you have a new one.
Thats the problem these days, no one is willing to do a job they don't particulary like to make money. Hell, I worked 2 years at a crappy job to get a good job. If you keep a job, it shows potential employeers you are serious about working and have a sense of dedication.
I highly doubt you'll find a job doing tech support of any kind at 16, no matter what your level of computing knowledge is, unless your area is dying for more techies. I've got a good knowledge of computer hardware and software, and have sold computers for over a year, so I know how to deal with customers that don't know as much as I do. I still can't find a job doing tech support anywhere.
My recommendation: Stay at Ralphs for a while longer, work your butt off, get a good letter of recommendation, try to get into co-op at school, and just overall impress the hell out of the people at Ralphs. If you do that, then you shouldn't have a problem getting a good recomendation out of them. It also helps if you know someone in the industry that can put you in contact with people... other than that, just hang out more at your local computer shops, get the people there familiar with you and make sure they know that you have computer knowledge (but don't try to impress them/show them up... thats just dumb). If you can start talking to a manager or even some of the employees on a regular basis, it shoots up your chances of getting a job there significantly.
