I have a Logitech Digital 3D Extreme, which hasn't had much usage but the twisting function (roll) is all screwed up. I touch the handle slightly and it registers a huge twisting action. Calibrating is unsuccessful- as while I'm calibrating the meter shows the twisting going all over the place even as I gently twist it. It may go sharply left and then right and back and forth a few times just while I am twisting to the left gradually. Is this joystick kapoot or can I perhaps open it up and maybe some crud inside I can clean up to make it work better? The only thing is, the twisting action seems to be performed in the handle part, not the base, and I don't see any way dust or anythign could get into the handle...
