Oh yeah, it took me five or six tries to get into a couple threads.
I even got one posting this...

Is it just me, or has it stopped now?

I don't know but the 80+ posts about the newest eruption of the problem in this thread and the 8 new ones started by the search impaired in Forum Issues and Off Topic just might not be enough to let them know there's a problem.

edit: Thanks Jason!

I've restarted the box that was dead. I've also written a .NET windows service that will check each server and restart it if there is an error. That should "fix" this until we move to fusetalk .NET version that they are releasing this summer.

Fusetalk.NET? Oh boy, sounds like fun.

You guys aren't changing the interface again, are you?

I got one the other day but just from surfing and posting a little bit today have yet to see an error...

I don't know if having a script that will restart the server when a jrun error comes up is a good time... there could be many instances of jrun errors and all the servers could shut down... lol that wouldn't be good.

I don't know, maybe I don't know what the hell I'm talking about

yea...about 2 days ago I couldnt post for a good 10 minutes because everything I clicked on gave me a Jrun.

Here we go again. Tons of "JRun Connector Protocol Error" now using Foxfire 0.8.

edit: Got it attempting to post this.

Every time I click a link in this forum I get it, and I have to refresh like 3 or 4 times before this error goes away :|

I'm getting a s***load of these things tonight... having to refresh 8 to 12 times just to do anything is not uncommon at all.

I have been getting merciless JRuns, constantly, regardless of what I am trying to do, for at least the last few hours. I can tell everyone else is in the same boat, based on the sparse number of posts. Is there any way the mods would consider going back to the old software? I have been a member for more than 4 years, but never saw a single JRun until the most recent "upgrade," which also brought tons of other annoying quirks.

Fusetalk tricked me. I got through 2 links without a JRUN error then F5ed for about 30 seconds.

Fusetalk is proving my point about how horrible Macromedia is.

Doesn't help the Windows guys make their arguments either.
