which one of you NEED more than 1 GB ram to play completely no lag for MMORPG or FPS at resolution 1600*1200, max AA and AF, all special effects turn on and image quality to highest setting possible ?

No matter where you go (at town that has MASSIVE ppl), where you walk (at some place that require extreme detail background in FPS), you will get no lag, no slow down at 1gb or you will need more than what you have (which i assume is 1gb ram) in order to achieve that results?

I know this may seem crazy, but does it really matter that much if you have some lag here and there at times? Now, I can understand if it's unplayable, but you are talking about a dream world. Maybe there is someone who can play a new MMORPG with absolutely no lag with everything maxed out, but I don't see it happening. There are too many variables, and RAM is just one of them. ISP speeds, processor, video card, and RAM all play into an MMORPG heavily. I have a dual Xeon 2.66 with 2GB RAM and a 6800GT OC, and I can play the game fine. It stutters here and there, but it doesn't matter, and most importantly, it doesn't distract from the experience. Just my thoughts.

EDIT: On the other hand, I can play UT2004 with everything up at your specs, and no visible signs of slowing down.
