Just filed my taxes

assuming everything is fine, how long will it take me to get my return? being that i filed early, will that speed up the process? last year, i e-filed on the last day and got my return in about two weeks. is there any chance i would get my return in like one week? i'm supposed to get my return via direct deposit.

yes, i e-filed for federal and telefiled for state. i did the same last year.

my f-ing company waits until the 31st to do it EVERY damn year.

man.. i only have my w2's... i get confused when they start asking me stuff like "Have you payed federal or state taxes other than your withheld earnings?"
I put no... but at the end... I get "Since you owe money"
wtf!?
Anybody have a website or something that explains to me what what means? This is for the state of california.

It means that you did not have enough money withheld during the year

Pay up. At least you got to have the money for yourself, rather then lenging it to the tax people for free:disgust:
