I'm assuming that you can throw the lids for more damage when you get stronger. The same sort of logic probably applies to crackers & webs in the same way, but substituting in the other classes & their master traits.

its because you can go to the gourd tower and trade lids/crackers/webs for gourd potions repeatedly. Gourd potions permanantly increase your stats. It depends on your class which item you can trade for.

5 lids can be traded for a gourd potion at the gourd tower which gives a lot of the substat for Mysticality (I'm a pasta caster type), it may give you your primary stat, not sure. Anyways, when I drink the potion it pretty much makes my main stat go up one.

I think the firecrackers are good in battle, again not real sure.

let me know if you figure it out! I tried to smith an asbestos helmet turtle but it said they didn't combine into anything interesting. i guess i have to kick some cold ninja butt... or get my butt kicked.

hey man, i looked and looked, but i still have no explaination for not being able to smith certain items:

according to the recipie lists:
Asbestos Helmet Turtle: (80 Power, heat resistance)
Asbestos Ore and Helmet Turtle

i try to smith it, and nada, nothing, zippo... so i said screw it and started collecting pixels

i think the seal clubber can be trained to smith some of the things. I just made my clubber yesterday and he's not strong enough for training yet, but I'm thinking he's the key to my smithing future...

if anyone figured out how to make the asbestos helmet turtle, let me know so i don't feel like such a moron. I'm too drunk for the daily dungeon today (salty dogs, mmmm...) and probably won't need it tomorrow, but who knows about the future. Oh and for those too drunk for adventuring, you can still use the gym to gain points.

I finally got the harem outfit and tried to take on the king today, but beat me down. So far the king, the snowmen ninjas, and the extreme snowboard guys pwn me. I'll put the harem stuff in the stash (the elite guard outfit is there too for the tatoo). If anyone else wants to try their luck, have at it!

the 40 turns per day start the day that you create the character... not the day the character is confirmed...

started a new guy on monday.. didnt get confirmation til wednesday and had 120 turns
