No, you get to choose one skill from a list of ascend-only skills that will stay with you. If you have a Mr. Accessory, you keep it. Ascending will reset your level back to level 1 where you will be forced to choose another character class. You also lose all of everything in your inventory and anything you're wearing and at your campsite. You also lose all of your meat. You basically start over with some hopefully-kickass skill (that won't be unbalancing or anything though) and a Mr. A if you had one.

Moron, no I have a life outside that game, but still seem to understand more about it on average than you, one that has made it 'his calling' in life. This must have all changed within the past week. He was not offering Crimbo trade nor Mr A at that high before. However it also means that the reset is very near. The last 2 weeks of reset I bet Mr. A's will go for 30M or more.

Wrong. You only lose quest related items. Jick said you get to keep everything in order to avoid multi-dumping and clan stash dumping.

The best weapon that can be smithed are the Chrome/Asbestos weapons.

You need to find a Seal Clubber to do this.

Chrome has more power, and adds 3 adventures per day.

Asbestos adds +9 to the appropriate stat. (Muscle for sword, Moxie for crossbow, and Mysticality for staff.)



Now, if you want to know what is the best in the game, that would be Star stuff.
The item discriptions do not realy tell the whole story.
