setting up a store in the mall I believe is 20k. Its not really worth it if you are only going to sell the low level items as most of those are under 100 meat each and so readily available.

For those items (goblin tongs, pants, etc) its almost more worth it to just sell them in your inventory window.

To set up a store in the mall, you have to be either level 9 or level 10 and you buy the store for 50k meat. Talk to Xian. He buys 5M (yes, MILLION) worth of can lids, webs, and firecrackers. He sells the in his store for 10M total, and ends up selling them all. Selling those three things alone will easily pay off the store and pocket some serious change.
