I think it's a cookie related issue. I just went to pick this up, it's good.

I noticed something on the BestBuy site though. The rebate says you hafta fill it out by hand, no TYPE-WRITTEN stuff. WTF? I think it's just another trick to make sure consumers don't get their rebates. I like using address labels because it's faster and I have horrible handwriting.

I'm guessing it's CL3. Also, this is PC2700, not PC3200, as far as I can tell. Not a bad price though if this is good enough for you.

Perhaps that way, they can still use the excuse that your information was unreadable or incomplete. If you used a typed label, it would be extraordinarily difficult for them to make that a legal argument.

My board (ESC K7S5A v1) support 184-pin DDR SDRAM (DDR200, DDR266) - will this RAM be backward compatible? I already have some PC2100/DDR266 in there.

the box says it's backwards compat, but advertising is full of lies. I have that board too. That'd be cool if it worked.

I think this is a good deal 'cuz you can't find this price anymore. Last time there was something this low was a few months back ($50 AR) and I missed it. The magic price point seems to be $70-$80 - which is good if you don't mind spending that much - the RAM ust keeps getting better/faster, around that price.
