Kingston Warranty RMA?

Just wondered if anyone had every done the RMA service with Kingston valueRam? How fast was their turnaround? Did they replace it with the exact same product, or something better?

I have some 512MB DDR333 that wont pass memtest86 at normal speed.

you will get the same exact thing back, it was pretty quick
it didn't take much longer than ups to get it there and it to be shipped back, they also gave me no probs...

I had to RMA a stick or ValueRAM not too long ago myself. If you go to their website you can do the RMA online and setup a cross-ship (they send you RAM you send them your RAM). Nobody to deal with, just fill in the info and wait for the email... it's a fairly quick process. They'll ship ValueRAM via FedEx Express or FedEx Ground, but not Next Day so you should have your new RAM within a week depending on how you have them ship it.
