Some are funny. The "add a bear or something" got me laughing.

Me too. That was the only one where I giggled out loud. I liked it because that's exactly what I was thinking before I scrolled down to see the bear doing him.

This one, the bear one, and the dude eating his own head were great. Some of those are quite good...many are stupid.
