KOTOR2 worked for me. - What bugs?
I'm sorry for your problems guys. But for some reason my PC version worked fine enough all the way.
I've just finished it. It was a fun enough to keep me playing.
But it's so easy, it's questionable whether it's really a game. I died five times maybe, and only because I was lazy and sloppy. It's more an interactive movie. KOTOR was easy, this ones even easier. But I suppose they have to be easy, since frankly you can't really do much other than just watch the fighting.
Also I have to say I think the story, the plot is poorly conceived this time. Tries to be too much, too *big* stakes, and too important. And it all falls flat on itself in the end. Pity.
I also think maybe they have taken themselves too many liberties with both the 'Force' and the Jedi order. Too much silly philosophy and counter philosophy. (I wonder what LucasArt had to say about that. Because I feel they make both the Force and Jedi into something else.)
They also took too much liberty with the previous KOTOR story, I think.
- Hands off, I say. They should have let such things either be, or make an outright sequel. I don't particularly much appreciate to be told what happened next, out of my control, to characters I've spent a long time playing.
A more modest and rational plot would have made for a much, much better game.
But the game is quite fun, so by all means, play it.
Don't play it just in order to experience the end though...
Apparently the moron writer was inspired by PST
