Im running a ABIT KD7-RAID which is a KT400 chip based board and a 2500+
so far shes sitting at 184x12.5=2300mhz 1.975v (she is the first batch of 2500+'s newegg ever got) as she sits she benchs slightly faster than my older 2400+ @ 185x13=2405mhz dont ask why but she does *shrugs*
you asked about timeings im running corsair xms 3200 (not the LL stuff) but at LL timings with no problems.
as for cooling ditch the volcano and get yourself a nice alpha, swiftech or thermalright and be done with it
only gripe with the KD7 i have is ABIT put the case temp sensor in the most screwed up place........right near the power regulating mosfets so it salways says i have a high case temp when i dont ! its funny to see in your BIOS a 107f case temp and a 86f CPU temp hope soyo did a better job on that so you wont deal with the crap
