At my work we have a server and then we have about 4-6 computers that connect to the Remote Desktop to use the programs on it. I believe the server is running a VPN. One of the laptops is having a problem connecting, its gives this error:
Remote Desktop Disconnected
The Client could not establish a connection to the remote computer.
The most likely causes for this are:
1)Remote Connections might not be enabled at the Remote Computer.
2)The Maximum number of connections was exceeded at the remote computer.
3)A network error occured while establishing the connection.
The only computer that is unable to connect is this laptop, all the other computer connect fine. I know that it cant be # 1) or 2) on the error code because other comp's can connect and the maximum # of connections cannot be maxed out.
The laptop does have both wireless and direct ethernet plugin but we usually only use the wireless. I tried both wireless and direct hookup and niether work.
