Large/medium networks - Switching utilization

Please post some numbers on the overall utilization of the switch and utilization of your gigabit ports. Reasoning is many 200-500 user networks who hve made significant upgrades in the last 1-2 years are running maybe 10% on gigabit ports and 1-5% of a chassis style switch like 4000/6000 catalysts or extreme alpines.

The few of you who are running data centers, what do you see?
