LCD TV Monitor + Video setup

I could use some help.

I'd like to buy this LCD TV.
Samsung 23 inch LCD

And be able to watch HDTV and DVDs through my PC aswell as play the latest PC game titles.

I'd be interested to know what PCI-E cards and/or PCI cards I'd need to purchase.

I'd prefer to use the HMDI and composite inputs only.

Appreciate any feedback I can get.
