Great deal. The Leadtek 6800GT has arguably the best cooling of all the 6800GT cards, and I think these cost a bit more than MSRP. $395 shipped is pretty cheap. I'd get one if my XFX order wasn't already on the way...

And this card smokes Doom3 at high LOD with the goodies turned up. I believe you will also get Pandora Tomorrow and Prince of Persia. Mine clocks to 410/1.12 with default cooling and voltages.
