Leadtek WinFast A250LE preferred drivers?

Hello all,
I'm setting up an Athlon system and using a Leadtek WinFast A250LE on Windows XP. I noticed there are 2 driver packages for it - one is from Leadtek while the other is from Nvidia. I was wondering which one should I use? Is there one known to be problematic? Does it really matter?
