Lian Li Intake Fans Not Working!

I have a Lian Li P61 and for some reason the 2 fans in front of the disk-drive cage are not rotating!

I just replaced my motherboard, and I'm sure that I properly connected the single 3-pin connector (from those fans) to the fan header on the board. Fwiw, those same fans were working when connected to the header on my old board. The problem can't be my PSU because the rear and top case-fans are working fine.

I'm really baffled... Suggestions would really be appreciated.

IRC, the stock fans on the Lian-li case were connected through a 4pin molex.

trace the wires from the fan and see if they are indeed connected to a 3pin header or a 4pin molex.

they are 3 pin fan connectors but than connect into the fan controller which powers the fans with a 4pin molex connector.
