Lian-Li V1000 vs V1200

What's the difference between these two cases, besides the $50 in price? The descriptions and pictures on xoxide look identical...

I was curious too, so I looked it up... The biggest difference between the two is that the V1200 is Extended ATX, so it can take motherboards like this one.

ah okay, thanks. These cases look kind of open though, how are they in the noise department, compared to other cases like the Sonata?

The integrated fans on my PC-V1000 are silent. However, since the case is perforated with so many holes, it offers no sound damping itself. So if you have loud components, it will allow the sound to come right through.
